    • Not taking the probiotic will affect potential weight loss, because, on this diet, it is an integral piece of changing the way that your body interacts with food. Regulating digestion is essential!

      Not taking the multivitamin during a time when you are eliminating a list of food sources is not advised either. This is because you want to keep your body well-nourished and balanced. Otherwise, it may detect some deficiencies, especially during the course of a rapid detox, and start holding fat stores, thinking that you are ‘starving.’

  1. I am 52 years old. During the first 23 weeks I lost a grand total of 17 pounds, but also plenty of inches.I I was a bit sick of reading , but a number of people here that the weight was moving slowly , but they were cutting .
    I am a new runner, and usually I make 10 miles a week in total. I found that I hit a plateau for a couple of weeks and I was disappointed , but I decided to change my exercise and see what happened.

    • Whey is a dairy product and dairy is not allowed, except for the 1cp of 2% Greek yogurt daily. I use 1/2 cp of frozen raspberries in my smoothie to add flavor.
