    • The recipe doesn’t say, but because the recipe calls for 1/4 cup of yogurt, and you are supposed to used 1 tbsp per serving, I believe it is supposed to make 4 servings. Let us know how you like it!

  1. Peaceful Planet,
I am so glad to have found your site. A lot of healthy tips to help aid in my weight loss..Thank You

  2. I’m a little confused at this page….how can the first place recipe have carrots (which are NOT on the 2-week plan). And the 2nd place recipe has cannellini beans ( also not mentioned as allowable).
    .?????

    • I agree, it is confusing. But, carrots are in the broth Dr. Oz recommends drinking throughout the day, and the recipe winners were picked by Dr. Oz on his site. The cannellini beans are on the list as legumes. All legume beans are allowed. Keep going, it is worth it! I made the mushroom recipe and it was delicious! It makes A LOT!! I had it all week with some turkey breast thrown in for protein. It was a lot of work to make, but just writing about it makes me want to have it again!
