With the Summer Party season about to get underway, I wanted to share some great keto-Friendly Summer recipes. My Daughter and I recently did another round of the 21-Day Detox and found a few new healthy recipe favorites. This Buffalo Wing Sauce is keto friendly, Paleo and Whole30 friendly. My daughter ate this almost every day while on her detox on chicken breast tenders she put on a salad. Check it out! It’s super easy and a great buffalo wing sauce.

Inspired by thefrealfoodrds.com

1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
3 Tbs Perfect Coconut Oil (use ghee or cultured butter if not going dairy free)
1Tbs coconut aminos
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, optional if you like a bit more kick

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, melt and whisk to combine. I like to soak the wings in the buffalo sauce for a few hours before cooking so the flavors really soak into them. Make a double or triple batch for a big summer party.

Just YUM!!!!! This refreshing salsa is a nice side dish with a great combination of flavors. Watermelon has 5 carbs per 1/2 cup, but, there are no other added sweeteners, so it is still very low carb – and oh so good!

This cabbage salad recipe is inspired by the one that uses the Ramen noodle packages – only a lot healthier. I use Perfect Bone Broth Powder to mimic the chicken stock in the soup packet. Great for a cookout. I ate the leftovers with left over grilled chicken tossed in. Yum!

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup avocado oil

Why add Perfect Matchinga to an already great summer drink? Because it is loaded with antioxidants and phytonutrients to help fight the effects of the sun, and the little boost of caffeine helps keep you going on those long Summer days. This drink is quite refreshing on a hot, sunny day – with or without the booze!

1 Tbs fresh lime juice (fresh is best, and worth the work)
1/2 Tbs coconut sugar
1 scoop Perfect Matchinga
6-10 fresh mint leaves
pinch pure monk fruit powder if not sweet enough for you
seltzer

Optional High Test Versions:

1 1/2 oz Bacardi white rum (Traditional Mojito)
1 1/2 oz Goslings Dark Rum (Stormy Mojito)
1 1/2 oz Kettle One Grapefruit Rose Botanical Vodka (Just yum!)

Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow glass to make muddling easier. I don’t have a true pestle for muddling it all together, so I used a large melon baller. If you have the lime wedges used to get the lime juice, add those as well. Smash everything together so the mint is in bits. Once it is good and muddled, pour into a 1 quart Ball jar. Add alcohol here if using. Fill to 3/4 with seltzer. Top with ice. Garnish with fresh mint and lime slices. Ahhhh! So refreshing!
