It’s crazy to think that the holiday season is just around the corner of this hectic, upside-down year. And since they’ll be here before we know it, I thought I would have a little fun for all my keto fans out there (and maybe folks who will be converted after hearing about these delicious holiday recipes).
The holiday season is a two-edged sword when it comes to our diets and nutrition — this is especially true if you’re following a rigid diet such as the keto diet.
On the one hand, we get to stuff our faces with delicious foods we don’t normally eat. But on the other hand, we can regret this decision because of the impact it has on our health — or perhaps worse, we miss out on all the delicious and stick to our diet like we would any other day. (Serious props to all the people who don’t “cheat” on their diets during the holidays!)
But what if we could have our cake and eat it too?
That’s why I wanted to give you some options for having your (keto-friendly) cake and eating it too. In this article, we’ll look at 1o of the most delicious, keto-friendly dessert recipes so you can participate in stuffing your face without sabotaging your diet and health goals.
Quick note: Most of these recipes are recipes that I’ve found (and used) from other sites on the web. In order to give credit where credit is due, I will not post the instructions for these recipes. Instead, I will provide a link back to the website so you can read the instructions from the source.
My goal here is to help you find something that catches your eye — hopefully with ingredients you already have in your cabinet. Then, you can refer to the original source to try it yourself 🙂
