Top 10 Tempting Sugar Free Summer Recipes And New Recipe Resource!

Mouthwatering Summer Recipes! And recipes that use summer food!

We wanted a fun way to announce our new recipe resource on Nourishing World and sharing my favorite summer recipes seems like a good way to do it!

What is a recipe resource you ask? It is a place to view all the recipes we’ve posted over the past 12 years or so. We’ve sorted them as Recipes by Course and Recipes by Diet Needs, so you can just view Keto recipes or only Gluten Free recipes.

10. Caprese Salad

Summer is the perfect time for salads and there are a few on this list. I grow my own tomatoes and basil, so this one is super easy for us. The big problem is finding a sugar free balsamic dressing, and this recipe has you covered.

9. Keto Crockpot Ribs

This recipe is super easy. Cook the ribs in your crockpot all day then slather some barbecue sauce on there and grill them up – always a crowd pleaser. Try this recipe with our Paleo BBQ Sauce – which is great on grilled chicken too!

8. Paleo Guacamole

I love fresh guacamole! And this recipe is easy, Keto and Paleo friendly. Any recipe I can add fresh garden tomatoes into is a win in my book!

7. Paleo Curried Waldorf Chicken Salad

Curried chicken salad has always been a favorite of mine and I love this for summer. Cold meals are great in the heat! And this yummy chicken salad pairs spicy curry with sweet cranberries and nuts. Great on a bed of lettuce or on a decadent buttery croissant!

6. Carrot Beet Cabbage Salad

This versatile salad is another great crowd pleaser! The base salad is just that – shredded carrots, beets and cabbage, then you can add in different goodies depending on your mood and diet needs. Always a hit!

5. Fizzy Cantaloupe Lime Frozen Refresher

Frozen fruit and juice makes for some excellent slushes! I love this one because the cantaloupe is so sweet it needs no added sweetener!

4. Paleo Blueberry Lemonade Popsicles

This is a great, healthy treat on hot summer days – for kids and adults alike! You can also just drink the sugar free lemonade instead of making popsicles, but the pops with frozen fruit in them are wicked good!

3. Spiralized Zucchini Greek Salad

We always get a lot of zucchini and summer squash from our garden and this is a favorite for summer parties! The savory flavor is just yummy and the nuts give this a little something extra your family will love. We use sunflower seeds now due to allergies.

2. Paleo Chocolate Coconut Popsicles

This is another yummy popsicle recipe ideal for kids of all ages. It reminds me of those fudgsicles I used to eat as a kid. Only I know it is so much healthier! Creamy, chocolatey and cold – make a lot because they won’t last long!

1. Tropical Fruit Coconut Water Slush

I love making slushes for everyone in the summer and this one is great because the coconut water replenishes electrolytes lost during hours of sweating in the sun. We actually have a few great slush recipes in our Drinks section of our recipe resource.

So that’s it! My favorite healthy, sugar free and mostly gluten free summer recipes. Try some of these and browse our new recipe resource. You might find your new favorite Keto recipe the whole family will love! Let us know your favorite!
