A Life-changing Accident
A couple years ago I wrecked my knee skiing. I completely tore my ACL and my MCL was hanging on by a thread. My nights of restful sleep ended that very day.
It was a couple months before I had surgery to replace both. Pain and discomfort kept me from sleeping soundly for a long time.
